The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and close to the town center. the property itself was nicely presented and had everything we needed for a comfortable short break. the master bed was impressively huge, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Parking was a bit challenging, especially for larger cars. the narrow lane leading to the parking space made it difficult to maneuver safely.

We had a fantastic stay at Say Shells Villa in Filey. the property was very clean and well presented, with up-to-date appliances. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine, milk, and biscuits waiting for us, a lovely touch by the hosts. the bed we used was incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had a restful night's sleep. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. We highly recommend Say Shells Villa for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cons: Nothing for me 😊.

The hotel's general areas were also well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate around with my walking stick. It was refreshing to see that the hotel had taken into consideration the needs of senior guests like myself.

I would have appreciated if there had been more assistance available for senior guests, especially in terms of carrying luggage up the stairs. While the children working there were polite and helpful, it would have been nice to have dedicated staff members who could have provided some extra support for elderly guests.
